If so at eXPD8, we're looking for a Tactical Retail Merchandiser based in the Sainsburys Nations House, Liverpool L3 9NY
area.
You'll be an integral part of a field‑based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.
You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well‑stocked.
About the roleThis role is for tactical work, which would suit someone who wants to supplement another job, is looking for occasional work or seasonal hours.
How you'll deliver excellence- Compliance and Standards – You'll know and stick to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance.
- Planogram Implementation – You'll follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency with merchandising standards.
- Product Placement and Replenishment – You'll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup – You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
- Flexibility in terms of availability.
- Experience or a passion for merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using initiative to find solutions.
- Take pride in delivering high standards and service for our clients.
- Be comfortable with manual handling; you will need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
- Willing to accept home deliveries of point‑of‑sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra).
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
