As a Retail Assistant you’ll be at the heart of the store, delivering great service to our customers. You will help with customer enquiries, operate the till, pick orders, run deliveries, stock shelves and support overall store operations. The role is busy and varied and offers a clear pathway to growth within the company.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to shoppers.
• Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Unload, unload, and stock shelves.
• Assist in store layout and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• First Steps to Management – a 16‑week programme for Service Assistants looking to move into trade counter supervisor roles.

• Monday‑Friday: 7 am – 8 pm
• Saturday: 7 am – 6 pm
• Sunday: 9 am – 4 pm

Retail Assistants are considered Store Staff and maintain full-time or part-time employment, with flexible shift patterns.
