Sales Manager at Peoples Automotive Group – Speke

Peoples proudly presents an expanding range of products supported by the award‑winning OMODA|JAECOO Marketing Team of the Year. This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast‑paced environment at Peoples Speke as a Sales Manager, leading a dedicated and experienced sales team.

Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for driving, delivering and exceeding the OMODA|JAECOO sales performance. This role demands a proactive, organised, performance‑driven individual who can inspire and develop the team.

Responsibilities
  • Have in‑depth knowledge of our product range and use that knowledge to drive and motivate the sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team provides an excellent customer experience and serves as the main point of contact for resolving any customer concerns within the Sales Department.
  • Negotiate sale prices, including trade‑in values for customer part‑exchanges.
  • Equip and motivate the sales team to meet targets, providing coaching and guidance on improvement areas within the sales process.
  • Drive growth in volume and profit for the Sales Department.
  • Lead prospecting activities and monitor conversion rates, anticipating where the next deal will come from.
  • Enhance business performance by increasing retail unit volume and profit.
  • Control stock (retail, trade and overage) in line with budget and company stocking policy.
  • Manage expenses and maintain attention to detail to ensure budgets are achieved.
  • Forecast and respond strategically to market changes to maximise business performance.
