This is more than just a store job.
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are valued.
- Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything they need to get the job done right.
- Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
- Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
- A friendly personality to help maintain high store standards and create a positive workplace.
- Reliability: be there when needed. Flexibility, commitment, and support for customers and the team are essential.
- Accountability: have demonstrated leadership in a previous role and be ready to step up when required.
- Your best self: bring energy, enthusiasm, and let your personality shine.
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
