Entain's Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops are seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team, deliver top customer service and uphold high standards daily.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will build relationships with customers, take bets on sports and events, process transactions and promote safer gambling.
The role offers a daily rhythm with shifts across the week and a starting rate of £13.00 per hour.
