ROX - BATTERSEA POWER STATION (30 hrs pw) ROX is an award-winning British luxury jeweller producing some of the UK’s most inspiring jewellery and retailing the world’s finest luxury watches.

ROX has a unique retail formula showcasing contemporary, in-house designed jewellery in dramatically different showrooms.

The ROX brand was built on its trademark “Diamonds & Thrills” experience to provide every customer with an exciting and personalised shopping journey.

Job Description We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic Sales Advisor with a real passion to succeed.

You will be ready to motivate, coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail.

Hands-on shop floor management is the key to our success to ensure that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:
Working together with the team to achieve a high-performance sales culture.

Achieving personal targets.

Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience.

Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines.

Ensuring superior store standards.

Completing day-to-day tasks.

Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX.

Skills & Experience At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.

Experience of working to targets.

Strong interest in fashion.

A friendly and outgoing personality.

Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed.

The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches.
