B&M Retail Bournemouth is seeking a Part-time Floor Supervisor to support the Floor Manager in delivering top store standards and to work 16 hours weekly across daytime, evenings and weekends. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, ensure great customer service, safeguard safety, and help merchandise the store to drive sales and profitability.
Ideal candidates will have prior supervision experience in fast-paced retail, a flexible, can-do attitude, and the ability to think on their feet.
