Job Title: SALES ASSISTANT

Full time/Part time Position

Reporting to Section/Floor/Department Manager and General Manager

Purpose:

To deliver a high standard customer service experience complying with the company guidelines

• To have basic product knowledge.
• To perform basic operations on the iPod – stock checks, product request, in store availability, online sale.
• To maintain the shop floor, keeping it clean and tidy, following the company standards and identifying faulty items.
• To keep control of items in the Fitting room using the tags and organize the area.
• To keep clean the stockroom area following the basic standards.
• To be aware of the basic security policies and procedures in the store and communicate to the management/security team if an issue should arise.
• To comply with the Health and Safety regulations.
• To ensure effective communication with the management team.
• To get involved in store meetings and participate in trainings.
