We’re looking for motivated, confident, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Sales Specialists.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by performance and rewards.

You will represent our brand in person—through face to face campaigns such as events in retail environments and larger scale. Your main objective is to build rapport, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions that convert into sales.

• Engage confidently with customers face-to-face
• Promote and explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly sales and KPI targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Represent the brand with professionalism at all times
• Work independently while contributing to team goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Sales experience helpful but not essential
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
