Full‑time

• Base salary: £27,965 per year
• Car allowance: £4,200 per year
• Uncapped monthly bonus (typical £200‑£400)

• Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services.
• Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment.
• Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and access to a vehicle.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and outdoors, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Criminal record check; no CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last six years.
• Clear criminal record; own car and business insurance required (if applicable).

Previous successful candidates have come from backgrounds in sales, military, or police.

• 40 hours per week (flexible, including peak shifts).
• Operating hours Monday‑Friday 8 am – 8 pm, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm.
• 10 of the 40 hours must be worked during prime hours (Friday 4 pm – 8 pm; Saturday 9 am – 1 pm).
