Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Liverpool for a Salesperson  Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with local tradespeople and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection and order placement, managing stock and inventory levels, maintaining a clean and welcoming depot environment, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves contributing to promotional activities and ensuring customers receive valuable design and project support.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic product knowledge in kitchens, joinery, or hardware, or a willingness to learn
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail for managing stock and inventory accurately
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a positive and proactive attitude
  • A good level of IT literacy to use company systems effectively
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented approach to adapt to varied daily tasks
  • Prior experience in sales or a trade environment is advantageous
