£26,228 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE c.£46,228).

Responsibilities- You’ll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and turn conversations into commission.
- Follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.
- Work on a 12:00pm–8:00pm shift (full-time 37.5 hours per week).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work 12–8pm shifts.
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
- Positive, can-do attitude and real desire to earn.
- £26,228 base salary with uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k).
