Parts Telesales Advisor - Huyton Rudgate Road Merseyside Parts

Overview

North West Trucks is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy team in Huyton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial vehicle parts, strong sales skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 5:00 pm, overtime until 7.00 pm, Saturday (rota basis), 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. i.e. 40 to 48 hours per week, 1 lunch break (unpaid). £13.40 per hour, overtime paid at time and a half. Bonus paid monthly upon achieving target.

• Handling inbound and outbound telesales calls.
• Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively upselling and promoting offers where appropriate.
• Liaising with the parts and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times.

• Previous experience in parts telesales or a similar role (commercial vehicle knowledge).
• Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
