Are you a driven, well‑presented and experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a well‑established independent estate agency with a strong reputation across Merseyside? Our client operates across sales, lettings, and property management, the business is known for its customer‑focused approach, local expertise, and commitment to continuous growth and innovation.
As Sales Negotiator:What’s in it for you?
- Basic salary of £28,000
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 – £40,000
- 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

- Manage day‑to‑day customer enquiries, delivering a high standard of service at all times
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings using the company’s systems
- Maintain accurate and up‑date customer records and database entries
- Proactively encourage second viewings and progress offers where appropriate
- Record and communicate viewing feedback to vendors in a timely manner
- Negotiate and generate offers, progressing them through to sale agreed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation throughout the sales process
- Generate new business by booking valuation appointments and identifying opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to support smooth transaction progression
- Maintain high standards of administrative processes and company records
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to exceed customer expectations - Operate efficiently within company procedures and policies
- Represent and promote the company’s values and brand in all interactions
- Previous estate agency sales experience is essential
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive and target‑driven approach
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and well‑presented at all times
- Competent IT skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
