As a Global Expansion Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our continued growth. Sitting within the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new business opportunities across our North American and International divisions.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed targets across New Clients Signed (MSAs) and 1st Active Joiners.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone motivated, commercially driven and eager to develop their career in a fast-growing business.
What you’ll be doing :- Proactively identify and research new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and strategic outreach
- Engage prospects via Linked In, email and phone, qualifying leads and booking discovery calls
- Lead structured discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges and global expansion goals
- Convert opportunities into signed clients, achieving targets for MSAs (New Clients Signed) and 1st Active Joiners
- Support new clients through onboarding, including training on the Workwell Global platform and processes
- Assist clients in successfully onboarding their first worker, providing guidance, training or market insight where needed
- Manage and track your sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates and consistent performance against targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Drive personal performance against key metrics including discovery calls, signed clients and first onboards
- Has strong communication skills across phone, email and virtual meetings
- Demonstrates a proactive, results-driven approach and enjoys working towards targets
- Has a creative, solutions-focused mindset when engaging prospects and clients
- Is motivated to build a career in sales within a high-growth, global business
- Has experience in a sales or B2B environment (desirable but not essential)
