Group Business Development Director (2 Positions) The Premier League of Sales

As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking two exceptional Group Business Development Directors to join our senior growth team.

These are not conventional business development roles.

These are among the most senior and commercially significant sales positions within PTSG. They offer direct exposure to the senior leadership team, together with the opportunity to influence the future growth of a market‑leading business.

We are looking for proven business development professionals with an exceptional track record of winning major accounts, creating strategic opportunities and delivering significant revenue growth. Individuals who are energised by the challenge of opening doors, building influential relationships and converting complex opportunities into long‑term commercial success.

You will be expected to operate at the highest level, engaging with board directors, C‑suite executives, property owners, managing agents, FM providers and major corporate customers. You will have the credibility, commercial intelligence and determination to secure opportunities that materially impact the Group's growth ambitions.

Success in this role will be measured by one thing above all else: results.

You will carry significant personal sales targets and will be accountable for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across the Group's service offering. The role demands resilience, discipline, commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to delivery.
