- £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission – earn on every sale. Realistic OTE of £40k (Year
1), £50k (Year
2) and £60k+ (Year
3). - Monday to Friday hours (08:15 – 16:15), lunchtime finish on Fridays if target hit!
- Casual dress code.

- 80% of admin work dealt with by other teams, which leaves you just to sell.

- At least 2 years’ outbound sales experience (telesales, cold‑calling or B2B new business) – this is essential.
- Motivated and eager to take advantage of the incomparable earning potential of working in energy sales.
- Able to easily build relationships with key decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and explaining energy products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing business customers, helping them secure the best energy contracts.
- Manage your own portfolio, retaining clients at renewal and growing your customer base.
- Achieve sales and efficiency goals while developing deep industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations in the energy industry.
