Location:Field-based role covering the Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield regions
Hours:
40 hours per week Company Benefits

25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities services industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills & Qualifications RequiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools (desirable).
Experience in the facilities services industry (desirable).
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable)
