Sales Associate / Key Holder – permanent full-time position in our new Salomon Store in Liverpool.

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Accompany and advise customers to provide a high‑level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Be confident at cash handling, including refunds/exchanges and completing start/end of day cash procedures.
• Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in protecting company assets by promoting loss prevention and ensuring that the stockroom is clean and well‑organized.
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.

• Previous experience in customer service and retail.
• Enjoy interacting with people and sharing enthusiasm with the team.
• Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports.
• Team player.
• Hands‑on approach with a strong willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that can include evenings, weekends and holidays.
