The opportunity:
Sales Consultants (known at Goodlife as Member Support Consultants/MSCs) are the energy behind our clubs. They’re often the first person someone meets when they walk through the doors; the person who helps them take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life. This is a fast-paced, people-first role where your energy and drive make a real difference. You’ll be the driving force behind new memberships at your club, meeting new people, inspiring them to start their fitness journey, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyle.
MSCs are right at the centre of the club experience; welcoming members, driving membership growth, and creating a positive supportive environment every day. At Goodlife, you’re not just selling memberships; you’re helping people change their lives through health, fitness, and confidence.
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey—recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
