We are currently looking for Trainee Sales Advisors to join our energy sales team in Liverpool. This is an exciting role for someone looking to kick-start a career in sales with full training, excellent earning potential, and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities Build relationships and explain energy products and pricing
Qualify leads and follow up with interested prospects
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Learn about the UK energy market and develop consultative sales skills
Advising clients on energy contracts, renewals, and market trends
Offering tailored switching solutions from our panel of trusted suppliers
What We're Looking For Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
No sales experience required - full training will be provided
What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission
Uncapped commission structure - realistic OTE £35,000+ in Year 1
