Senior Sales Negotiator

Senior Sales Negotiator My client is Merseysides largest independent Property Group. In this role you will be responsible for close communication with all clients, arranging valuations, viewings and negotiating offers between vendors & buyers.

- Basic Salary up to £30,000 (DOE) - Market Leading Commission Scheme (OTE OF £35,000) - 1 in 4 Saturdays - 9:00 - 1600  A day off in lieu - Full training and structured development

The Role:

You will lead from the front and assist the manager in the daily running of the branch managing a team of sales negotiators. You will be backed by team with a team passionate in delivering the best customer service on Merseyside servicing a large database of buyers, investors and landlords, while being committed to delivering a fantastic service to your vendors.

Minimum requirements:

Proven track record in sales within a fast paced environment Full UK driving license To be able to work as part of a team High levels of customer service Be target driven Work to deadlines Desirable:
