Salesperson, Sales Representative

£28k base salary + up to 20% sales bonus
Job Description

• Develop direct relationships with key accounts and new customers to grow sales volumes.
• Manage online platforms such as Sellar, Eebria and Beerflex
• Analyse existing sales to identify and anticipate trends and customer demand
• Provide on-going care with customers including training, events and support
• Represent Black Lodge and assist with events, festivals and promotional activities (including occasional evenings and weekends)
• Work with the senior team to set sales strategy and growth targets

• Ability to set out sales strategies to meet growth targets in line with our brand values
• Analytical skills to interrogate and interpret sales figures
• A passion and enthusiasm for beer, with a knowledge of beer styles and the wider industry
• Attention to detail and an understanding that sometimes it's the little things that matter
• An ability to collaborate and build relationships, using your network within the industry to bring in new ideas and best practice
• The flexibility and willingness to pitch in in all areas of the brewery that is necessary in a small business
• An friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and positively represent the business
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
