Location: Liverpool - travelling to sites across Cheshire
Job: Multi Skilled Operative (window fitting, plastering and joinery knowledge)
Type of Work: Social Housing planned refurbishment schemes to tenanted properties
Must have: Clean Driving Licence & experience working with tenanted social housing properties.

Ideally NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 and above in a trade.

My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across Cheshire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

• They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Operatives to join them on a permanent basis. Work to include - Window Fitting, Joinery, Plastering.
• Type of work will be planned refurbishment to tenanted properties, including window and door replacement schemes.
• It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.

Salary is £34k plus van/fuel card (van is for work purposes only)
