Multi Skilled Operative

About the Role

Due to contract expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Operative your main duties will include repairs and refurbishment activities to our occupied accommodation properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main role will be to complete general repairs on homes including changing doors, taps, baths and fixing radiators.

The successful candidate will be completing varied property maintenance tasks and carrying out property inspections.

• Experience in Carpentry
• Experience and knowledge in 3 trades
• NVQ level 2 or above in a core trade would be desirable
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication
• Team player and ability to work alone
• Flexible and willing to travel
