* Undertake safeguarding interventions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
* During your allocated duty week, progress new cases through to the first court hearing, after which proceedings are transferred to another team.
* Outside of duty weeks, benefit from seven weeks of protected time to focus on assessment, intervention, and direct work with families.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* A recognised Social Work qualification.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Experience working within Children's Services, ideally in Child Protection, Safeguarding, Assessment, or Child in Need teams.
