Remedy Social Work is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in Somerset. The role involves ongoing assessments, managing complex caseloads, and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals by conducting risk assessments according to legislative guidelines.

The position requires a strong partnership with various agencies and an understanding of social care practices. The successful candidate will also be involved in developing care plans and managing crisis situations.
