Overview
An exciting opportunity exists to join our dynamic and award-winning organisation at the forefront of developing support services with and for young carers.
15-21 hours/week (flexible to include occasional evening work by arrangement)
Fixed Term: 12 months
Responsibilities- Engage with young carers and coordinate support with a network of professionals.
- Work directly with young carers from assessment through to support planning.
- Contribute to delivering a varied role that supports young carers in their needs.
- Experience at working with young people and the network of professionals who support them.
- Driven and compassionate approach; ability to work flexibly including occasional evening work as arranged.
