Join Our Team as a Housing Officer!

Liverpool

Contract Type:
Temporary

Pay: £13.60 per hour

Hours:

4 on, 4 off day and night shifts (36‑48 hours a week dependent on shift patterns)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing Tenancies:
    Oversee tenant applications, renewals, and terminations with care and professionalism.
  • Resident Support:
    Provide assistance to residents, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Community Engagement:
    Foster positive relationships with residents and local organisations to enhance community involvement.
  • Property Inspections:
    Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with housing policies and procedures.
