Accommodations Support Officer

We’re hiring for an Accommodation Support Officer to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders. You will carry out initial assessments, develop tailored accommodation plans, support participants in navigating housing challenges, keep them informed of decisions, and promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.

• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Engaging, empathetic, adaptable and resilient.

• Salary: £25,877 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days).
