BARNARDO'S Action With Young Carers Liverpool is seeking a committed Young Adult Carers Worker to join our team in West Derby, Liverpool. The post is in-person and based at 109 Eaton Road, offering 37 hours per week.
You will support young adult carers (18-25), completing assessments, creating plans, and liaising with partner agencies. The role requires empathy, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a multi-agency context.
