Change Grow Live (CGL) is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Newham to support individuals through recovery journeys within the criminal justice system. The role offers both part-time and full-time locum patterns and pays £22.00 per hour.
You will assess, plan and manage care, delivering psychosocial interventions and coordinating with probation, courts, prisons and health services to reduce reoffending and promote safer communities. Ongoing training and development are provided.
