Salvation Army Homes in Liverpool is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join Mildmay House, a 47-bed supported accommodation for single homeless people aged 16 and over. You will coordinate tenancy management and rent collection, ensure fair access, process applications, carry out background checks, allocate vacancies and minimise void turnaround.
Working with residents, you will help sustain tenancies as they move on from the scheme, with induction, training and a supportive team
