Social Worker, Family Advocacy & Support Services

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Front Door Service. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. About the team:
The Front Door Service acts as the first point of contact for adults requiring support, completing initial screening, triage and assessments to identify needs and manage risk effectively. The team works closely with adults, families, carers and partner agencies to provide timely interventions, signposting and safeguarding responses where required. This is a fast-paced service suited to a confident Adult Social Worker with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Adult Social Work Team lends well to the success of this position. What's on offer?
