Supported Accommodation Support Worker

Location: Kirkby, Merseyside
Contract: Full Time | Permanent (32.5 hours per week)

Salary:

• Unqualified: £13.49 per hour (£28,558.10 per annum including sleep-ins)
• Qualified: £15.02 per hour (£31,143.80 per annum including sleep-ins)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Supported Accommodation Support Workers to join a service supporting young people aged 16-18 leaving care in Kirkby.

You will be joining a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation across the care sector, offering a range of services including children's residential care, supported accommodation, and in-house training and development, providing excellent opportunities for career progression.

In this role you will support young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently, including budgeting, cooking, maintaining a home, accessing education or employment, and preparing for adulthood.

You'll work 2 long shifts per week (not on consecutive days) plus 1 sleep-in, giving you more days off each week and a great work-life balance.
