Osprey Housing is seeking a Housing Officer to join our dedicated housing management team on a permanent basis, working 35 hours per week with hybrid arrangements (Home/Westhill/Field Based).
The role focuses on delivering high-quality housing management services to tenants, managing voids, allocating homes per policy, supporting rent arrears, sustaining tenancies, and preventing anti-social behaviour through collaboration with colleagues and external agencies.
