Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Limited is seeking a Personal Advisor to support young people aged 16–25 in or leaving care, helping them toward independence. You will work within the Leaving Care Team to guide and advocate for young people as they navigate education, housing, and employment pathways.
The role aligns with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017, and is a maternity cover until April 2027.
