Common Thread Group is seeking an experienced Senior Therapeutic Support Worker to lead a small Residential Child Care service near Lanark. You will partner with the House Manager to create a stable, safe and caring environment for young people who have faced adversity.
In this role you will coach and develop team members, champion safeguarding, and apply trauma-informed approaches to support healing and growth while working flexibly including sleepover shifts and weekends.
