Salvation Army Homes are seeking a night shift support worker to provide trauma-informed support to young people aged 16-30 across North Somerset. The role includes 13 hours per week plus overnight sleep-in shifts on a rolling rota, with lone-working hours and travel between sites as required.
We value candidates with a passion for helping young people, flexibility for a 24/7 rota, and a willingness to undertake SAH training and ongoing development within an inclusive team.
