Northumberland County Council is recruiting a full-time Family Hub Coordinator to support families across the South East locality. You will help deliver high-quality play experiences within hubs, in the community and through outreach with partners.
You will provide direct individual and group support to children, young people and parents/carers, and offer non-clinical guidance to new and expectant parents on routines, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing and reducing social isolation.
