Working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions Planning workloads, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects Improving development processes across design, build, test and release Collaborating with senior leadership on product roadmap and innovation What youll bring to the table as Lead Software Developer Extensive experience designing and building software solutions Strong, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft .NET

Previous experience leading or mentoring developers Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes Experience working with structured development life cycles and tools such as JIRA

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm, with flexibility required to support customers and project delivery when needed.
