As a growing startup, we’re now hiring aSenior Flutter Developertolead mobile development and help launch the official buyer and seller apps on both iOS and Android platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the foundation level of an ambitious tech product that will serve thousands of users.

You’ll be the technical ownerof our mobile app development. From architecture and performance optimization to delivery and deployment, you’ll work closely with backend, design, and product teams to bring our marketplace experience to mobile.

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable Flutter apps for Android and iOS
• Architect and enforce best practices for state management, performance, and security
• Collaborate with the backend team (Laravel) to integrate RESTful APIs
• Optimize app performance and responsiveness across devices
• Build, test, and publish production‑grade apps to the Play Store and App Store
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards
• Provide input on product decisions and user experience improvements
• Stay current on mobile trends, tooling, and ecosystem updates

• 4+ years of experience with
  
  Flutterand Dart
• Proven track record of launchingproduction-level Flutter apps
• Deep understanding ofstate management toolslike Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX
• Experience working with
  
  REST APIs, push notifications, and offline storage
• Proficiency in deploying and managing apps inApp Storeand Play Store
• Strong foundation in mobile performance optimization and UI/UX design principles
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Firebase,Stripe,One Signal, or Socket.

• Knowledge of mobile analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)

This position is fully ON SITE

We have a simple and straightforward interview process in place. As part of this process, the candidate will have the opportunity to complete a digital assessment on site, specifically tailored to the position. Once completed, they will have the chance to chat with one of our HR members. The assessment typically takes 50 to 60 minutes to complete.
