C#/.Net Full Stack Engineer
Location:
London (5 Days Onsite) Salary: £70,000 - £160,000 Bonus (Hiring across different levels) This is an opportunity to join a highly technical engineering team where your work has real impact. You will contribute to complex, performance driven systems, take ownership of projects, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers in a business that values quality, curiosity, and long term thinking. The Company They are a London based investment management business operating in global sports markets.
The organisation has grown organically to a close knit team with a strong engineering culture and excellent retention. The environment is flat and non corporate, giving engineers autonomy, influence over technical decisions, and the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the business.
The Role You will join a growing software engineering function working across multiple teams and projects. Build and maintain C# and .NET applications across backend and full stack systems Work on both greenfield development and the evolution of existing platforms Contribute to system design, performance optimisation, and scalability Collaborate with highly technical colleagues on complex, data intensive projects Take ownership of features and contribute ideas that shape how systems are built Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience with C# and the .NET
ecosystem Solid engineering fundamentals and a problem solving mindset Experience working on backend or backend leaning full stack systems Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks is beneficial A background in computer science or a related STEM discipline is preferred Curiosity, continuous learning, and the ability to articulate what you are learning Must have a STEM or Computer Science Degree What They Offer High impact role within a growing engineering team Strong culture, good work life balance, and long term career development Office based working in central London, with flexibility after probation
