We’re a team of former consultants, investors, and investment bankers. We are looking to grow our team and are ready to develop our software now that we have conducted significant customer discovery to validate our idea and market solution.

Desired Skills and

Qualifications:

• Software engineer with at least 5+ years of experience
• Strong backend programming skills
• Strong background in AI/ML and familiarity with the latest models
• Strong background in data science and data analytics
• Ability to develop sophisticated AI prompts and train open source models
• Interest in ESG, investment stewardship, and public markets
• Preference for those with Masters Degree or PhD, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a self-learner
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
