Dex is seeking a senior product engineering leader to build the scalable systems powering its platform. You will lead a product engineering team, shape the technical direction, and co-own the product roadmap with the Product Manager.
This role requires hands-on experience with large-scale microservices, a bias for simplification, and strong documentation in a distributed, asynchronous environment. You will hire, develop, and retain engineers while guiding architectural decisions.
