Acceler8 Talent is seeking a curious, high-ownership Software Engineer for an early-stage AI startup building a real-time workforce coordination platform. You will ship production-grade backend systems in Python/Type Script and own cloud deployments, with travel of about one week per month as ownership expands.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience, hands-on production shipping, and comfort working with founders and customers in a fast-moving startup.
