We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious freight forwarding company based in Liverpool, looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator.
This is a hands-on role for someone with proven industry experience who can confidently manage import or export operations across air, road, and sea freight.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end import and/or export shipments
* Handling air, road, and sea freight movements
* Liaising with customers, overseas agents, and carriers
* Preparing and checking all shipping documentation
* Ensuring customs compliance and on-time delivery
About you:
* Experience working within the freight forwarding industry
* Strong knowledge of imports or exports
* Organised, detail-driven, and commercially aware
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
