Maintenance Manager – Rail Project (Tel Aviv)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities for a rail project in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for rail infrastructure, systems, and equipment.

• Develop and manage maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure safe and reliable rail operations.
• Supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Monitor asset performance, identify failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project management teams to support seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience in rail, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
