** Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training
*** Good understanding of Word Office/Excel/Word.
* Good understanding of Road Operations Legislation
* IT systems VBS/ TOPS / in house systems.
* Good analytical brain
* Willingness to train and develop in many aspects of Road transport
* Good Geographical knowledge
* Experience with TMS systems, particularly TOPS, would be beneficial.
* Strong communication skills with customers, drivers, and colleagues are essential.
