About The Role
Bespak is looking to recruit Warehouse Operators to join our team at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE
). This is an initial 6-month temporary contract, offering an annual salary of £34,199 plus 33% shift allowance.
Working Pattern: Night shifts - Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am.
As a Warehouse Operator
, you will play a key role in ensuring all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time, supporting both production requirements and customer demands. Your responsibilities will include goods receipt, general warehouse operations, and dispatch, all carried out in line with established procedures and safety standards. You will operate material handling equipment, perform inventory counts, and maintain accurate documentation. In addition, you will undertake ancillary duties such as site transport and routine equipment checks, while actively contributing to a safe, well‑organised working environment.
You will be expected to work in accordance with ethical standards and promptly report any safety, quality, or procedural concerns.
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing orders.
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
- Performing routine checks on equipment and facilities.
- Delivering parcels across site using a company vehicle.
- Good working level of Maths and English.
- Warehouse Experience (Receipt, Picking, Packing, Cycle counting).
- FLT (VNA a plus).
- SOP Experience.
- GMP /High quality environment Experience.
